Simulators

A simulator is an interactive tool that recreates real-world situations in a controlled environment, allowing users to experiment and practice actions without risk. Simulators can be either digital or physical, and are very effective for training practical skills, making decisions and solving problems in realistic scenarios. With simulators, employees are placed in a virtual environment that replicates crisis or dangerous situations without putting the employee's life at risk. It provokes the need to make quick decisions, such as choosing escape routes, using fire extinguishers and performing first aid, with immediate feedback on their actions.
